"This must end today, it has to end here," His voice suddenly becoming hoarse, though it started of strict and precise.
"But why? Why has this got to happen?" She cut in immediately, tears building up in her eyes as one rolled down her rosy cheeks. "I cannot let this happen, why?"
She sat up from his arms, placed her demure feet on the cold parquet flooring and stood up. Looking back, she saw the giant un-made queen-size bed, the large woollen blanket scrunched up into a ball lying on the floor just centimetres away. Their clothes were scattered across the room, none of them found near each other.
"You do know that i'm getting married tomorrow." He said, picking up his dark black cotton pants and slipping them on. "You did know its only a matter of time before this happens."
"Why can't we tell my sister that the one you truly love is me? She'll understand." She tort back, still staring at the untidy room, nothing was in its place after what they had done. "Why do you have to choose her over me?"
"I'm sorry Summer, but this has to happen. You'll still see me around though." He replied while putting the last shirt button through its hole. He looked into the mirror one final time, picked up his bag and walked out the mahogany room door. And as she saw him walk out, she heard his voice one last time. "Sorry my dear."
